Shipping:

We work hard to try and get your order to you as quickly as possible! As of right now your order will be packed and shipped within 24-48 hours of ordering. Standard shipping takes 2-5 days depending on the shipping carrier. We do offer next day shipping if needed!

Shipping price is determined by the weight of the package:
0-4 lbs. - $5.99
5-10 lbs. - $7.99
11 lbs. and up - $9.99

We offer Free Shipping for orders $75.00+ in the United States.

Tracking updates are available through USPS tracking. Or DHL tracking for international orders.

Please note that Alyssum and Co. is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages. We will do our best to help you recover the package, but the customer is responsible for filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

International Orders:

We are not responsible for any taxes/duties that may incur for international orders. The shipping rate is calculated by weight and determined by DHL or UPS.
Please make sure to double check that your shipping address is correct when placing your order. Once we give the package over to the shipping carrier we cannot get it back!

Returns:

We understand things may not fit right or look how you expected when you try pieces on. You have 14 days (starting from when the order is delivered) to submit a return request.

You can do this in your customer account or contact alissa@alyssumandco.com. The refunded amount will be charged back to the credit or debit card that you used (minus the cost of shipping).

All clothing items returned will be inspected and must be free of stains (makeup, deodorant, etc.), smells/perfume, no rips or tears, item must be unused/not worn and tags still attached. If the above requirements are not met we have the right to deny your return request. Or if the item does not meet our standards we also have the right to deny your return request.

Items that are Final Sale/On Sale are not eligible for returns.

Even Exchanges:

If we have the item in stock we would be glad to generate an even exchange (you send the old item back and receive the same piece but a different size) you would be responsible for return shipping.
After 14 days (starting the day when you receive the order) returns will not be accepted.

International Orders: has to meet the same requirements as above and the customer is responsible for all shipping, taxes and duties that may incur.
